It is imperative that all Hampton homeowners have the correct homeowners insurance. This is an HO3 policy for replacement value. If you have an HO6 policy it will not be recognized and will not cover anything if you should ever need it. HO6 policies cover condominiums. This community is not a condominium community. We are a homeowners association. If you have an HO6 policy, it is imperative that you change it immediately to an HO3.
